Very good item. My son wears it. His only complaint is the sleeves are a little baggy. He likes form fitting jerseys. I followed the recommendations of others. He is 5’9 tall and 170. He usually wears a medium but I ordered the large. It fits well.
Great kit! It's lightweight for hot days, and my GK likes the mesh panels for breatheability. My GK is nearly 5'11" and 125 lbs., and the men's small fits him perfectly.
