    Currently GK coach for the NPSL Dayton Dynamo. Former Asst Coach for the Dayton Dutch Lions Men's USL 2014 Pro Team, 2015 PDL and 2013 season Womens GK coach at University of Cincinnati. Catherine is a former USL W-League goalkeeper for the New Jersey Wildcats she also served as their goalkeeper coach for 3 seasons from 2010-2012. She joined the Dayton Dutch Lions USL-W League team as their Asst./goalkeeping coach for their very successful 2013 season, and is on the staff of Region I ODP and more recently with Ohio State south ODP and Region II ODP. Catherine was also an Assistant Coach for the City College of NY Men's team 2012, Division I Asst. women's coach for 5 years at FDU and the boys varsity Goalkeeping Coach for the Rancocas Valley HS from 2006 to 2012, 2008 State Champions and 2009 Coaches Tournament Champs. She is a Director at SGA since 2006 (Star Goalkeeper Academy) and a Goalkeeper Coach for the NY Red Bulls RDS program in 2011/2012.

    Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training was established for the player who has decided to specialize in goalkeeping. The training curriculum is that of a national level, as the camp staff has extensive training, playing ability and experience. Unlike other camps and clinics, Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training also teaches players about the mental part of the game.Michael Cracas has over 12 years of experience coaching and training goalkeepers. In addition to owning Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training LLC., since January of 2010, he also serves as an assistant coach for the Oberlin College women’s soccer team. Mike currently holds a USSF National “D” License as well as the NSCAA State (Level 1) and Regional (Level 2) Goalkeeper Diplomas.
