What method does Keeperstop.com ship?

To provide the fastest and most competitive shipping pricing Keeperstop ships everything USPS, UPS or FedEx Monday through Friday, except on Federal Holidays.  Keeperstop uses the shipping address you have confirmed through your account sign up process. If you need your item shipping to a different address, please call us and specify the new address. We may call or email to verify an address or to help with goalkeeper glove sizing or equipment questions. We will never ask you to verify your credit card number details. Keeperstop now offers a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99 on all US based orders. Orders over $99.00 ship Ground economy for free within the USA.

How long to ship my package?

Packages ship within 24 hours, typically. Based on pick up and handling time, orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time can be shipped same day. Always best to call to make sure the item can be shipped same day if you have a goalkeeper emergency. Orders placed on Friday night or over the weekend ship the next business day which is Monday.

Does Keeperstop.com offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchange. If you need to exchange an item, please place a new order for the items that you need through the website. 
You then need to return your unused/unworn item back for a refund. The refund can only be issued to the card you used for purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Keeperstop.com is located in Connecticut. Most packages are shipped from Keeperstop.com. From time to time some are drop shipped from other areas of the USA as well as internationally.

Drop Ship Packages will take an extra 2-3 days to process since these are being shipped from the manufacturer. Keeperstop.com will send a tracking number to the email address in the order. Depending on the manufacturer drop ship packages can be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  UPS does not count weekends or holidays as shipping days. Returns of items not stocked at Keeperstop is handled via email. Please contact us directly so we can organize the return instructions with the manufacturer of the product. 

• Ground Service - 3-5 business days, depending on your exact location. This service is NOT guaranteed. 
• Priority 2-3 Day - 2-3 day shipment to any domestic USA residence. This service is not NOT guaranteed.  (This service is restricted by volumetric dimensions so not all products apply for this service). ***Please note that "Drop Ship From Manufacturer" items are not eligible for 2 Day Shipping ***
• Express Service - 1-2 business days, depending on your exact location. This service IS guaranteed. 

Does Keeperstop.com ship internationally?

We currently offer shipping to a limited list of international countries. This list can be found in the shipping country drop down list during account creation. There is usually a 24-48 hour turnaround for international orders at Keeperstop. We ship Internationally by a United States Postal Service shipping partner, which is much cheaper and easier than shipping direct with USPS or UPS. Packages can arrive within 10 - 30 business days, maybe more or less, depending on the time of year and international customs departments. Much of the time delays in delivery are due to local customs issues or delivery methods not that of keeperstop.com or our logistics partners.  We want the goalkeeper gloves and equipment in your hands as quickly as possible.  At times we are at the mercy of the local postal system.  If your order is of an urgent nature, international packages can be sent by USPS International Priority Mail or USPS Express service directly if the additional shipping costs are covered and arrangements made. Shipping direct with USPS priority mail is much more expensive than shipping through our logistics partner. Contact us if alternative arrangements are needed.  Due to the increase of fraud with international credit cards, all first time international customers are required to verify their purchase with a photo ID that clearly shows the name and address associated with the order. Alternatively, you can use PayPal Express Checkout (as a verified PayPal address) and we can ship without ID verification.  This is for your safety as well as ours.  We will never ask you for your credit card number. Please note that Keeperstop does not charge tax on international orders. Duty and or taxes may be required by your countries customs patrol, which is the financial responsibility of the customer not Keeperstop. We have no control over these additional fees. In our experience, most packages are not subject to any extra charges.
