Orders:

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Orders are being shipped throughout the business day. Orders can be canceled or changed as long as they have not been processed and shipped. If an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled or modified. If orders need to be modified or cancelled please email and call Paul at Keeperstop. paul@keeperstop.com. 

Shipping Rates?

Keeperstop ships with 3 major logistics companies (USPS, UPS and FedEx). Shipping charges start at $5.99 for Ground shipments. FedEx 2 Day charges vary from $15.00 to Free depending on the $ cart total amount. Overnight Express options are variable based on location and the amount/weight/value of products ordered. 

Does Keeperstop.com charge sales tax?

Keeperstop.com charges sales tax only for purchases made in Connecticut.

Does Keeperstop.com price match?

Keeperstop.com is priced very competitive with other online soccer retailers. Prices online can change rapidly and as a result we cannot price match. In order for Keeperstop.com to continue providing excellent customer service and in-depth product information we must adhere to prices set by the manufacturers.

My credit card is not from the US and I don’t live in the USA; can I still order?

Yes, we accept international orders and credit cards. Select your billing country from the drop down menu and ensure you use the full and complete address during checkout. 

Shipping Questions:

What method does Keeperstop.com ship?

To provide the fastest and most competitive shipping pricing Keeperstop ships everything USPS or UPS Monday through Friday, except on Federal Holidays.  Keeperstop uses the shipping address you have confirmed through your account sign up process. If you need your item shipping to a different address, please call us and specify the new address. We may call or email to verify an address or to help with goalkeeper glove sizing or equipment questions. We will never ask you to verify your credit card number details. Keeperstop now offers a flat rate shipping charge of $5.99 on all US based orders. Orders over $99.00 ship Ground for free within the USA.

How long to ship my package?

Packages ship within 24 hours, typically. Based on pick up and handling time, orders placed before 12pm Eastern Standard Time can be shipped same day. Always best to call to make sure the item can be shipped same day if you have a goalkeeper emergency. Orders placed on Friday night or over the weekend ship the next business day which is Monday.

Does Keeperstop.com offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer simple and efficient exchanges via our online returns portal.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Keeperstop.com is located in Connecticut. Most packages are shipped from Keeperstop.com. From time to time some are drop shipped from other areas of the USA as well as internationally.

Drop Ship Packages will take an extra 2-3 days to process since these are being shipped from the manufacturer. Keeperstop.com will send a tracking number to the email address in the order. Depending on the manufacturer drop ship packages can be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx.  UPS does not count weekends or holidays as shipping days. Returns of items not stocked at Keeperstop is handled via email. Please contact us directly so we can organize the return instructions with the manufacturer of the product. 

  • Ground Service - 3-5 business days, depending on your exact location. This service is NOT guaranteed. 
  • FedEx 2 Day - 2 day shipment to any domestic USA residence. This service is not NOT guaranteed.  (This service is restricted by volumetric dimensions so not all products apply for this service). ***Please note that "Drop Ship From Manufactruer" items are not eligible for 2 Day Shipping ***
  • Express Service - 1-2 business days, depending on your exact location. This service IS guaranteed. 

Does Keeperstop.com ship internationally?

Yes, Keeperstop does ship to International destinations. You can select your shipping speed during checkout. Please note that Keeperstop DOES NOT collect tax on international orders. Duty and or taxes may be required by your countries customs patrol, which is the financial responsibility of the customer not Keeperstop. We have no control over these additional fees. 

Does Keeperstop.com Ship to Military Bases Outside the US?

We ship all over the world to military bases. Keeperstop.com is set up to process APO and international orders online through the keeperstop.com PayPal shopping cart. Please select the appropriate destination and shipping method for international and APO destinations. We ship Internationally by United States Postal Services. According to USPS Insurance is only applied to packages sent by USPS Priority Mail or higher. Packages can arrive within 7-14 business days maybe more or less depending on the time of year. Shipping will cost the same as it does in the USA. We will need your full name; name of the items needed and sizes; and the full shipping address. Email us and we will assist you. Thank you for your service.

How do I get a tracking number for my order?

Tracking numbers are issued automatically emailed to the email address on the order. If you did not receive it check your spam or bulk mail folder. You can always email paul@keeperstop.com and we will track the shipment for you. We also now offer a text tracking service that be be opted in to when setting up your account or during checkout as a guest account.

I think my package is lost or stolen?

If you have not received your shipment within a reasonable time frame contact us via phone or email. If the package has not been delivered, you will need to file a claim with UPS or USPS. The shipper will start an internal investigation and determine the outcome. Packages can be lost and found or re-routed once the shipper investigation has started. If the item is determined to be lost in transit by the shipping company, they will send us paperwork to file an insurance claim on your behalf to recoup the cost of the item plus any shipping costs you incurred. The investigation and insurance claims can take several weeks to complete, but we will do our best to keep you informed. Fraudulently claiming mail packages as lost or stolen is a federal crime. 

Shipping and delivery during weather advisories?

In the event of adverse weather conditions, Keeperstop.com will make every effort to remain in operation since our customers are all over the country. Adverse weather can create hazardous conditions for delivery drivers and planes.  UPS, FedEx, and USPS reserve the right to delay delivery based on hazardous weather conditions.

Non-Shipping Days:
Keeperstop ships out packages Monday through Friday. No shipping takes place on Saturday or Sunday. Keeperstop also follows all Federal Holidays, the same Holiday schedule as USPS. The following dates are non-working/non-shipping days:

Is there a difference between Junior Sizes and Adult Sizes?
Yes, a junior or youth size 7 is smaller than an adult size 7

Does Keeperstop.com carry women goalkeeper gloves and goalkeeper equipment for girls?
Generally goalkeeper equipment is unisex sizing. Some manufacturers will produce goalkeeper gloves and goalkeeper jerseys for females. If the product is specifically for females you will see women or girls in the title. Goalkeepers come in all shapes and sizes. Goalkeeper companies are making goalkeeper gloves for goalkeepers with narrow hands and long fingers as well as goalkeeper jerseys and other goalkeeper equipment that are more form fitting. We know if adidas goalkeeping products run larger; how Reusch goalkeeper gloves compare with Sells Goalkeeper Products; and if Puma goalkeeper jerseys are more form fitting than another for example. We are here to help you find the perfect fit female or male.

Goalkeeper Glove Questions:

Some goalkeeper gloves have finger protection; do I need it?
Choosing finger protection is a personal decision. Some goalkeepers require finger protection or support due to reoccurring finger injuries or the keeper needs more support due to harder shots from older players.

What is finger protection in goalkeeper gloves?
Finger protection is very popular with concerned parents and youth goalkeepers. Finger protection has different names between the manufactures. Adidas has Fingersaves; Reusch refers to their finger protection as Ortho Tec; Uhlsport has finger support. Sometimes finger protection can be just plastic stays that run up the fingers in the backhand or a one piece systems. Finger protection can be removed to customize or replace in higher priced gloves. Goalkeeper finger protection is supports that allow the fingers to bend forward but not passed the backhand to help prevent hyperextension.

How long should my goalkeeper glove last?
There is no defined life span for a goalkeeper glove. A goalkeeper’s technique, number of shots, playing conditions, playing surface, and glove care all define the life span of the glove. Game gloves with softer tacky latex wear quicker.
Goalkeeper gloves are perishables. Dirt and bacteria eat away at the lining of the glove, make them stink, and dry out the palm latex. The softer palm latex found in higher end game gloves provide better grip. The soft tacky latex is not durable. Durability is achieved by adding synthetics to the latex to make the glove denser. A dense palm, and more additives increase the durability. It is very tough to find a glove with superior grip and great durability. There is a sacrifice between the two. A goalkeeper can find a glove that has both but that means the goalkeeper glove sacrifices a bit of both to achieve this balance.

There are certain products and brands that are excluded from sales and sale pricing on Keeperstop. These restrictions are required by the manufcaturer of certain brands and products.
